Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update store service records, including scheduled service schedules, work logs, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with floor care, Ecolab, waste, window cleaning and other scheduled service tracking, and coordinating with vendors.
- Prepare reports on store performance metrics, customer feedback, and compliance checklists.
- Handle internal communications, including memos, announcements to the vendor community
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to appropriate departments.
- Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Hold vendor partners and store leadership accountable according to the contracted scope of work while maintaining a positive relationship with both.
- Understand and accurately reflect the scope of work accordingly in regard to respective contract services.
- Work as a team across departments and partnerships both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Service Channel and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to maintain a positive relationship with both vendor partners and store leadership.
