We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Virtual Assistant to support our team at Strickler Insurance. As an Administrative/Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support, manage schedules, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. If you're self-motivated, tech-savvy, and enjoy working independently, we'd love to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Provide administrative support, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry

- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

- Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents

- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

 

Requirements:

 

- 1-2 years of administrative experience

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Reliable internet connection and necessary technology to work remotely
