Job Description
Serve as office manager for the AEGIS Test Team in Pascagoula, MS. Perform as the administrative assistant to the AEGIS Test Officer and AEGIS Test Manager. Act as point of contact for other government officials coming to Pascagoula for meetings and ship checks/reviews. Create flag level correspondence for resolving issues. Serve as point of contact for Ingalls security and CAC cards for ATT associates.
Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in a functional area. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
Working knowledge / ability to adapt with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Office applications
Must be technically adept, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently as required
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional. Proficient in Adobe ProfessionaI.
Good Communications skills, both oral and written.
Security Clearance requirement: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required). The selected candidate will receive a contingent offer and start date will be delayed until after the clearance is granted.

High School Diploma and 4 years administrative experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $45241 - $76910
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
