Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Both experienced candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Manage and organize files, documents, and records
Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Support other departments as needed
Qualifications:
Age: Up to 30 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage, but not required
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
