In this fully remote role, you will help keep day-to-day operations organized by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, processing expenses, preparing documents, and supporting administrative processes.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information and multiple priorities.
WHAT YOU WILL DOManage calendars, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with changes when needed
Process and organize expense information
Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting materials
Coordinate meetings and track follow-up actions
Maintain organized digital files and company records
Handle confidential information with discretion
Provide general administrative support to managers and teams
2+ years of administrative or assistant experience
Experience managing calendars, meetings, or travel
Strong organization and attention to detail
Good written and verbal English skills
Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and business systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Professional judgment when handling confidential information
Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Executive assistant experience
Experience with expense management systems
Event or meeting coordination experience
Experience supporting senior managers or leadership teams
$20–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
