This job description outlines the responsibilities and qualifications for the role of Administrative Assistant II, supporting the Vice President in the Global Submarine and International MOFN team. Here's a summary:
Key Contributions:
- Calendar management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls.
- Travel coordination: Booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
- Expense report preparation and compliance.
- Drafting and managing correspondence such as emails, memos, and presentations.
- Event and meeting organization, including logistics and material preparation.
- Operational dashboard/report creation and maintenance for activity insights.
- Handling confidential information with professionalism.
The Must-Have:
- Experience in administrative support, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Capability to handle confidential information appropriately.
The Nice To Have:
- Experience with data management/reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Multilingual skills or exposure to international business.
Pay Range:
The annual pay range for this position is $43,900 - $70,100 USD

Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
