About The RoleThe Administrative Assistant helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes—managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling expenses with care and precision. You’re a clear communicator who takes pride in the details, and shows up each day ready to support executives with thoughtful, reliable service.
Core ResponsibilitiesClient Partnership: Act as a reliable point of contact for assigned clients—getting to know their preferences, staying responsive, and making sure they always feel supported.
Calendar Coordination: Manage schedules with care by booking meetings, avoiding conflicts, setting agendas, and keeping calendars running smoothly across multiple priorities.
Inbox & Communication Support: Keep inboxes organized and moving by monitoring emails, drafting thoughtful responses, and flagging what needs attention.
Document & Info Management: Prepare and maintain important documents and databases, making sure everything is accurate, up to date, and easy to find.
Research & Insight Gathering: Dig into details, gather information, and turn findings into clear, useful summaries that help drive decisions.
Task Management & Follow-Up: Keep track of to-dos, follow up on open items, and help move things forward with care and consistency.
Day-to-Day Support: Handle logistics like travel planning, event coordination, expense tracking, and vendor communication—keeping things organized behind the scenes.
Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: You stay ahead of the curve and find smart, practical solutions to keep everything on track.
