Job Responsibilities
- Manage complex and detailed calendars, resolving meeting conflicts and scheduling internal and external meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including air, hotel, ground transportation, and preparation of detailed itineraries and travel documents
- Process invoices and expense claims, ensuring compliance with policies and timely completion
- Provide professional telephone coverage, addressing inquiries and distributing messages promptly
- Support overflow work, special projects, and provide backup coverage for other assistants
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions
- Build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as needed
- Deliver high-quality, accurate work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate ownership and follow-up on tasks to completion
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant in a financial institution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, ZOOM, and Concur
- Fluent in verbal and written Korean and English
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate travel logistics
- Experience processing invoices and expense claims in accordance with company policies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective partnerships
- Demonstrated discretion and judgment in handling confidential information
- Ability to adapt procedures and techniques to complete assignments
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Willingness to take on increased or new responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Experience supporting senior management or executive leaders
- Prior experience providing backup coverage and handling overflow work

- Professional certification in office administration or related field
