As a Admin Solutions Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations, and monitoring of partner platforms for organizations using Admin Solutions services. Keep daily operations running flawlessly, managing core admin tasks, issue intake, dispute support, and documentation updates that ensure a consistent, high‑quality partner experience.
Bring systems to life by supporting configuration of plan designs, workflows, and user permissions — helping turn business needs into smart, scalable setup within our platforms.
Protect system quality and integrity, monitoring outputs, validating data, performing routine audits, and helping identify issues before they become problems.
Support testing and launches, contributing to UAT, regression testing, and release readiness while documenting results and strengthening process controls.
Collaborate across teams — from Product to Technology to Compliance — to understand requirements, resolve operational challenges, and support new enhancements.
Grow into a subject‑matter expert, learning the ins and outs of Admin Solutions systems, processes, and best practices to strengthen both partner success and your own career path.

Abilities: Bring a curiosity for systems, sharp attention to detail, and a willingness to learn —leveraging your growing analytical, documentation, and operational skills to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑enabled environment.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an analyst, operations, customer support, or systems support role, or relevant internship/co-op experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office 25% of the time.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
