Job Description
- The Director of Branded Content & Digital Sales Marketing will be a key member responsible for leading Branded Content, Display & Ad Sales Marketing opportunities and executions.
- This individual will play a critical role in orchestrating key branded content, display, and sales marketing opportunities for the sales force along with developing, assisting in the selling and execution of all branded content and digital marketing partnerships
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop new business with existing clients & build new relationships to meet sales quotas
- Pitch content partnership for both long form & short form formats to new & existing brands
- Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the team.
- Manage and grow the existing sales team and support the account management team in ensuring all deliverables are communicated by the client is delivered in a timely manner
- Preparation of client presentations, Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Sales orientation: Ability to help client visualize brand philosophy through branded content on our sites and to close deals successfully
- Presentation skills: Great visual presentation skills - ability to convert data into visual for effective communication
- Previous experience in Media/ Brand Sales on a digital platform or digital Media agency
- Strong leadership abilities and effective organizational skills.
- Strong sales and business acumen.
