This high-impact role is responsible for building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team focused on expanding new business revenue, increasing market share, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

This role achieves results through coaching, developing, and enabling a team of successful sales professionals, rather than through direct individual deal ownership. Success is measured by the team's ability to continuously learn, execute consistently, adopt best practices, and deliver predictable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will create a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence by reinforcing sales methodology, driving adoption of enablement investments, maintaining strong pipeline discipline, and delivering accurate forecasts. This leader will partner closely with Marketing, Practice Leadership, Solution Engineering, Acumatica Channel Managers, and Sales Enablement to drive growth, improve sales effectiveness, and position Net at Work as a trusted advisor in ERP modernization and AI-driven business transformation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across the U.S. and Canada, driving achievement of revenue goals and professional growth.
  • Foster a coaching-centric culture through regular one-on-one development, deal coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance management.
  • Reinforce a consistent and scalable sales process, ensuring success is driven by disciplined execution, accountability, and skill development rather than individual heroics.
  • Drive new business growth through effective pipeline generation, territory planning, partner engagement, and opportunity management.
  • Create and sustain a learning-focused environment where coaching, training, certification, role-play, and skill reinforcement are integrated into the team's operating rhythm.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure adoption and reinforcement of sales methodologies, AI capabilities, tools, training programs, and best practices, maximizing the return on company investments in professional development.

  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including pipeline growth, win rates, sales cycle length, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and modern selling practices that improve productivity, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.
  • Serve as a thought leader with prospective customers, articulating the value of AI, automation, and digital transformation in achieving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Acumatica Channel Managers to expand partner-sourced opportunities and accelerate market growth.
  • Partner with the Practice Director and Consulting Manager to align sales strategy, delivery capabilities, customer expectations, and long-term customer success.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales Leadership to optimize go-to-market strategy and generate qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with Solution Engineers to develop and deliver compelling business-focused demonstrations that align with customer priorities, validate desired business outcomes, and clearly demonstrate the value of Acumatica and Net at Work's expertise.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience in a B2B technology or ERP sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to coach teams, drive pipeline growth, and deliver predictable results.

  • Strong understanding of business processes, operational drivers, and desired business outcomes, preferably within the manufacturing, distribution, field service, professional services, consumer packaging, retail, and food and beverage industries.
