Work Arrangement:

  • Employees who live within 30 miles of the TMG home office are expected to follow a hybrid or in-office schedule. The initial training period may require additional in‑office days.

  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or other analytical tools is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to a non-technical audience.

  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.

Why Join The Mutual Group:

  • Gain meaningful, real-world actuarial experience.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
