Compensation:        $59,000.00-$73,750.00

Summary

OneStream Software is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Activation Management Specialist to support the execution of strategic initiatives that grow and engage our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem. This associate-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong communication skills and a desire to gain experience in partner engagement, marketing coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in supporting go-to-market efforts, campaign execution, and project tracking across the Solution Network team.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing strategic activation plans for Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners.
  • Assist with the execution of activation plans to onboard and engage ISV partners.
  • Support go-to-market activities by collaborating with internal teams including marketing, product, and developer relations.
  • Support new developer partner recruitment through demand generation activities for virtual and in-person Developer Days.
  • Help coordinate and track multi-channel campaign activities (e.g., email, social, content, events).
  • Maintain and update partner documentation, feedback forms, and campaign trackers.
  • Conduct research to support industry-specific activation projects.
  • Help analyze partner and campaign data to provide insights and identify areas for optimization.
  • Assist in executing events as related to developer partners.
  • Design event marketing content and collateral.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination.

 Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Internship or project-based experience in marketing, analytics, or partnerships is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and/or basic data analysis is helpful.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Internship or coursework experience in software, technology partnerships, or ecosystem strategy.
  • Exposure to content creation, campaign tracking, or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable).
  • Familiarity with SaaS or B2B marketing environments.
  • Basic knowledge of project management practices or tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA).
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams or on group projects with multiple stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  •  Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across teams.
  • Curious and analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in partner ecosystems, campaign performance, and software industry trends.

Travel

  • Travel Requirement: Up to 25% for team meetings, events, or partner engagements.
