Position Summary

As a RevOps Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in providing actionable insights through data analysis and ensuring robust data governance across all data owned by Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data governance, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes.

This role reports directly to the Director of RevOps and works closely with the entire RevOps team, as well as Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership. The RevOps Analytics Manager will also collaborate frequently with Finance and Strategy teams.

Essential Duties
  • Advanced Analytics: Use advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, modeling, and spreadsheet analytics to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into KPIs, highlight deviations, and deliver actionable insights to Revenue leadership.
  • Data Management: Oversee data collection, integration, and management from various GTM systems to ensure a single source of truth for revenue reporting.
  • Data Analysis & Communication: Analyze Sales and Marketing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency. Create clear, insightful visualizations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Support sales forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and performance management through robust analysis and predictive insights.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with Revenue leadership to define key business questions and translate data insights into actionable strategies for revenue optimization.
  • Strategic Impact: Proactively identify and quantify opportunities for revenue growth, productivity improvements, pipeline creation, and operational efficiency across the revenue funnel.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators regularly, ensuring visibility and accountability at all levels.
  • Data Governance: Lead efforts to uphold data quality and consistency through governance frameworks—covering data policies, stewardship, security, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support: Serve as a key RevOps analytics liaison, driving data-driven decision-making across teams through training, documentation, and hands-on support.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, focused on data analysis, business intelligence, or data governance—preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sisense). Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple, actionable way for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and navigate stakeholder needs.

Additional Information:
  • Compensation: $100,000- $125,000 base salary. 
  • Work Environment: This role is remote.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, conferences, or training sessions. This could include both in-state and out-of-state travel.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license may be required for travel purposes.
  • Equipment: The company will provide necessary equipment, including a laptop, monitor, and any additional peripherals required to perform job duties effectively. Employees are expected to maintain their equipment in good working condition.
