- Managing the accounts payable invoice booking process, with exposure to Indian GST/TDS or foreign VAT/WHT at document level
- Verifying purchase invoices against purchase orders
- Booking invoices in our system (D365)
- Following up on the invoice approval workflow
- Handling supplier reminders via email and phone
- Performing various administrative tasks within the AP process
Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounts payable invoice booking process, with exposure to Indian GST/TDS or foreign VAT/WHT at document level
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Tax, a graduate degree in Accounting Administration, or equivalent experience
Accurate, independent, and a team player
Able to work well under deadlines
Good knowledge of English
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Outlook
