For our office in India, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer.
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team where collaboration, innovation, and impact are at the core. You will work in a complex and stimulating accounting environment, contributing every day to the success of our projects worldwide.
You will be responsible for the smooth and accurate processing of purchase invoices.Your responsibilities
  • Managing the accounts payable invoice booking process, with exposure to Indian GST/TDS or foreign VAT/WHT at document level
  • Verifying purchase invoices against purchase orders
  • Booking invoices in our system (D365)
  • Following up on the invoice approval workflow
  • Handling supplier reminders via email and phone
  • Performing various administrative tasks within the AP process
Your profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounts payable invoice booking process, with exposure to Indian GST/TDS or foreign VAT/WHT at document level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Tax, a graduate degree in Accounting Administration, or equivalent experience

  • Accurate, independent, and a team player

  • Able to work well under deadlines

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Outlook
