Job Summary:
This role supports the sales and project teams by creating amendments to existing contracts, preparing and managing related documentation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external customers. The position also ensures timely follow‑up on approvals, signatures, and outstanding items to keep contract amendments moving through completion.
Job Duties Include:
• Create sales opportunities, quotes, and internal sales requests related to contract amendments.
• Manage and track new and existing contract amendments.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on contract amendment documents via DocuSign
• Coordinate with project managers to define required products and services for contract amendments.
• Build and maintain Excel-based contract amendment documents.
• Create and update Statements of Work (SOWs) and Statements of Services (SOSs) related to contract amendments.
• Proactively follow up on pending items, including customer signatures and internal feedback.
• Assist with the hands-on transactional activity throughout the entire accounting cycle for proper accounting treatment, including calculating revenue impact.
• Assist in special projects and resolution of issues as needed
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Organized & detail oriented
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Salesforce experience preferred
