ABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (AP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite, and a solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes. Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a plus but not required.
This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial data, while supporting the business with insightful financial reporting and efficient workflows. Based in San Diego - Hybrid or Remote.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Accounts Payable process, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
- Manage and maintain accounting records in NetSuite; ensure accurate coding and posting of transactions.
- Lead the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Support cash flow management by forecasting payables and monitoring disbursement schedules.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in developing and maintaining accounting policies and internal controls.
- Support the preparation of audit and tax documentation as needed.
- Help drive process improvements and system enhancements within the accounting function.
Qualifications:
- You have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- You have In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and best practices.
- You have a solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- You have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
- You have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required).

At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is USD $100,000 - $150,000. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.

The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
