We are hiring an Accounting Manager, Americas to join our Finance team. 

Reporting to: US Controller

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Hybrid) 

Direct Employment 

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:  

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records 
  • Process accounts payable and credit cards 
  • Assist other departments with purchasing and payments 
  • Reconcile bank statements 
  • Manage general ledger entries 
  • Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policy 
  • Assist with annual audits 
  • Assist the US controller with tax notices and other tasks as needed 

Payroll:  

  • Manage and process multi-state payroll, ensuring compliance with over 15 states' tax requirements and regulations 
  • Office Management:  
  • Manage office maintenance, office supplies and equipment 
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed 



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and general office administration 
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Office skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills 
  • Ability to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines, team player, ability to work and solve issues independently 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Can-do positive approach 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred 

Advantages:

  • Experience with Priority software 
  • Experience with Payentry platform 

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $90,000 - $110,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still encouraged to apply.
