Job Summary:
The Accounting Analyst Intern will work with the Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting Leader and Revenue Specialist. Responsibilities will be to develop AI tools for different project assignments as well as assist in day-to-day revenue recognition process.
Location:
This is a full-time student internship running from June 15 through August 7, 2026. Interns are expected to work up to 36 hours per week, five days per week, on-site at our Framingham office, Monday through Friday, with release at 1 p.m. on Fridays. As needed, you should be available within this schedule to complete assignments as they arise.
Essential Duties:
- Develop AI tool to track monthly commission statements per bill period from top 10 carriers.
- Assist Revenue Specialist with revenue recognition.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Competencies:
- Some experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Experience working with and creating AI agents.
- Advanced MS Excel experience using advanced formulas and modeling.
- Must demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fixed deadlines.
- Must be able to identify and resolve complex problems by gathering and analyzing information in a skillful manner and leveraging decision-making skills.
- Strong written and communication skills with desire to work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
- Independent, self-starter willing to think outside of the box.
Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with knowledge in U.S. GAAP a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of being highly accountable for results.
- High level of integrity, strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to monitor and ensure compliance while discharging the above responsibilities.
- Must be able to deliver quality work while managing multiple priorities and acting with a sense of urgency.
- Passion for success, for the organization, team, and the value of individual contribution.
- Ability to research, understand and explain trends/growth analysis and provide recommendations for actions.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in database management.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Must demonstrate adaptability to work effectively in an office environment, as well as a remote environment as needed.
Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:
- Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
- Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
- Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
- Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
- Reliable Transportation to and from work.

Pay Range
21 - 21 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
