What You Will Do
- Support the accounts payable process end-to-end, including invoice entry, approval workflows, and timely payments using systems, such as Bill.com and SAP S/4 Hana.
- Support the travel & expense reimbursement process, helping to enforce our travel and expense policies, and perform the reconciliations for the associated accounts using systems such as Navan, Concur and SAP S/4 Hana.
- Support cash activity, including uploading bank statements, cash match and bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and assist with 1099 reporting.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales, FP&A, People Ops) to ensure accurate classification of expenses and timely processing of invoices
- Assist with financial audits and compliance initiatives as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Public accounting background (Big 4 or equivalent) strongly preferred, or demonstrated technical accounting expertise
- +2 years of general accounting experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Experience in ERP systems, such as SAP S/4 Hana, NetSuite and procure-to-pay systems, such as Bill.com, Ariba, Navan, Concur.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and a solid understanding of core accounting principles
- Intermediate Excel skills (such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) and comfort with cloud-based financial tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with multi-entity or international operations.
- CPA or CPA-track is a plus.
- Experience with financial automation or ERP optimization projects.

- Experience with monthly balance sheet and income statement flux analysis
- Prior experience with T&E systems, such as Navan, Expensify, or Concur
