CTP is looking for an Account Supervisor to join our Brand Management Team.

In this role, CTP is looking for someone who will contribute to our agency’s success by:
- Leading projects with increasing autonomy, from strategy through media delivery, ensuring all client deliverables are met.
- Collaborating across departments while managing internal teams and external partners effectively.
- Overseeing productions of all sizes, from planning through execution, leveraging agency and external resources (TV, radio, video, photography).
- Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, contributing meaningfully to their marketing and business initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive, thoughtful engagement.
- Clearly articulating strategic, creative, and media insights internally and externally.
- Understanding the rationale behind creative work and client requests to guide projects effectively.
- Planning and organizing team workflows to manage multiple projects successfully.
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and with measurable results.
- Anticipating challenges, proposing proactive solutions, and partnering with teams to resolve issues.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills while remaining flexible and adaptable.
- Communicating confidently and persuasively in writing and in presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Supporting revenue growth and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships.
- Staying current on industry trends, client business developments, and competitive activity to proactively inform strategy and recommendations.
- Keeping pace with advancements in AI and emerging technologies, identifying practical opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance deliverables, and drive innovation at CTP.
- Drafting scopes of work and fee estimates, and tracking client budgets with precision.
- Mentoring junior team members, providing guidance, direction, and professional development support.
Qualifications:
- Ability to be in our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday and Wednesday)
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Account Management. Former agency experience preferred.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Suite
Please note, all employees are required to be in-office at our CTP location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The salary range for these roles is $65,000 – $85,000 annually. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market data. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, supportive culture focused on delivering breakthrough ideas for our clients.
