Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.

We are currently looking for a Social Media Supervisor, Sports to join our TV & Streaming division, where you’ll be responsible for creating and overseeing innovative social media brand strategies for major sporting events. The Supervisor will manage a team of Social Media Managers and will lead the team, and client relationships, to implement out-of-the-box and social-first brand voices, content, and community management strategies that engage audiences and encourage conversation. 
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience leading a team on social media strategies, social tone and voice, and is an expert on sports social campaigns. Successful candidates must have four to five years of experience in the social media space, preferably within an agency environment.

Your Impact

  • Lead and communicate client social media strategy, social voice & tone, content and community management 
  • Build meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients, partnering with them to understand and identify their business issues, strategies, initiatives, priorities and expectations 
  • Manage a team of social media managers working on various sports channels
  • Provide quality assurance on all social media content calendars and posting to social media accounts by your team members
  • Lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of the account including management of approvals for all deliverables across various projects
  • Manage the scope to ensure that we are fulfilling our obligations to the client 
  • Develop initiatives to provide creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives

Your Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in the social media space
  • A robust working expertise in the sports industry and community
  • Ability to develop and maintain timelines, assets and the many moving parts of a campaign
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and extremely tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading cross functional campaigns and projects 
  • Experience leading and mentoring social media professionals 
  • A passion for sports as well as a keen understanding of audience behaviors online
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
