Account Resolution Specialist

As our Account Resolution Specialist, you will help ­­improve revenue outcomes for our clients by resolving personal injury lien claims. Every day you will respond to settlement offers, requests for documentation, and document case status. To thrive in this role you must be organized and able to communicate directly with attorneys in writing and over the phone.

Here’s what you will experience working as an Account Resolution Specialist:

• Respond to correspondence and complete tasks in a timely manner

• Follow up with attorneys and doctors to give and receive account status updates

• Document account status updates accurately

• Assess settlement offers as they’re presented, negotiate with attorneys to improve outcomes for our clients; present settlement offers for approval

Required Skills:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Work experience or post-secondary education in medical billing or legal studies where you gained knowledge of medical billing and follow up or legal settlements

• Organizational skills including the ability to track and follow up on claim status and see claims through to resolution

• Computer skills including the ability to learn proprietary software and navigate and manipulate Microsoft Excel files
