Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and building strong relationships to promote retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Analyse clients' needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Monitor account performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
