We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and measurable results. This role combines relationship management, commercial acumen, and product know-how.
Key Responsibilities
● Act as the main liaison between Trivelta and assigned clients.
● Understand client goals, KPIs, and operational challenges to proactively offer solutions.
● Manage onboarding, integration, and ongoing platform updates for each account.
● Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, finance) to deliver seamless service.
● Monitor account health and performance, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
● Prepare reports and present quarterly business reviews to stakeholders.
Requirements
● 2+ years’ experience in account management, client success, or business development in B2B SaaS, fintech, or iGaming.
● Strong understanding of sports-betting or online casino technology preferred.
● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
● Analytical mindset with a focus on commercial results.
● Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) a plus.
