We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to be a cornerstone of our growth. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening SPAR’s Salesforce partnerships, driving new business opportunities, and expanding client relationships. This role blends consultative selling, relationship management and strategic account growth to deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients and partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Salesforce Partnership & Market Growth
- Cultivate and deepen strategic relationships with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs), Solutions Engineers (SEs), and leadership in Core/GRB/MM teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to both the Salesforce team and prospective clients, showcasing SPAR's capabilities and project successes.
- Own the full sales cycle, from leading client discovery and documenting needs to developing solutions & estimates, presenting proposals and SOWs, and closing deals.
- New logo sales will be your primary focus, with account management as a secondary priority
- Maintain sales excellence by diligently tracking activities in our CRM and reporting on pipeline and results.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, account management or consulting for professional services.
- A consultative sales mindset with a focus on creating value and building trust.
- Strong understanding of CRM, Sales, Service, and related workflows & solutions.
- The ability to quickly understand business workflows and lead effective discovery sessions.
- Experience structuring and developing proposals and SOWs.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field required.
