Account Manager: 

Elevent helps companies find, book, and plan the best events to engage their teams and customers in a unique way. We take care of the coordination, details, and headaches so organizers can relax and enjoy their events. 

Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator and enjoys working in the abstract, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, loves to innovate and can effectively manage their time and focus. This is primarily an account management role but will impact many different aspects of the business including sales and operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Maintain a confident, consultative approach: You’ll initiate conversations with your partners around performance, retention, optimization, and growth.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives to expand business within your accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the success of account management efforts
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to proactively address client needs and maintain a competitive edge
  • Providing exceptional service and quick resolutions to our clients through our support channels such as: email, live chat, inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Helping recommend specific events to our clients that fit their wants, needs, and budget
  • Helping build programs with your clients to help them achieve their goals

  • Prior experience in Account Management and/or Customer Service
  • You have previous experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or another CRM 
  • You have experience planning or supporting virtual and/or in-person events and are familiar with various video conferencing software, or are eager to learn about them.
