The Account Manager will develop customer relations, manage accounts receivable, address software issues, and collaborate with the development team for enhancements.
Benchmark Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our RCM team. You will work within the core product team to develop customer relations by facilitating support for billing clients ranging from software/technical services to Accounts Receivable management to ensure the high-quality customer service that Benchmark Solutions is recognized for.
This position will report to the RCM Manager of our Healthcare division.
What your impact will be:
- Work as a key member of the RCM team to develop good customer relations
- Manage practice accounts receivable & monitor for potential disruptions in revenue flow
- Act on client’s behalf with regard to reporting software issues and/or enhancement requests
- Occasionally work directly with the development team in the research & implementation of new software features
What we are looking for:
- Medical billing experience or basic accounting knowledge
- Team oriented but also able to work without close supervision
- Good work ethic and desire to learn/grow in skills
