  • Serve as a high-touch point of contact for patients and orthopedic practices, providing responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented support.

  • Educate patients on Kinomatic’s surgical planning technology, benefits, and associated investment, helping them understand the value of choosing advanced technology beyond their standard insurance-covered options.

  • Conduct empathetic, consultative conversations with patients to understand their needs, answer questions, address concerns, and guide them toward an informed decision.

  • Support the onboarding of new orthopedic practices and educate practice staff on Kinomatic’s surgical planning processes.

  • Partner with practice staff to ensure accurate and timely lead submission, surgical date reconciliation, Salesforce CRM updates, and account reporting.

  • Identify opportunities to improve patient engagement, education, conversion, and overall account performance.

  • Work cross-functionally with clinical, product, and engineering teams to enhance the patient, surgeon, and practice experience.

  • Identify and share patient, surgeon, and practice insights to support account growth, marketing initiatives, and customer success storytelling.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales, client success, account management, sales support, care coordination, or relationship management, preferably within healthcare, medical technology, or a clinical practice environment.

  • Shown capacity to manage high-touch patient interactions, anticipate client needs, resolve complex issues, and deliver a premium service experience to patients, physicians, clinical teams, and practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to educate and guide customers through a consultative sales process, particularly when presenting elective or premium healthcare services that require an investment beyond standard insurance coverage.

  • Experience supporting account growth, lead development, client onboarding, and ongoing account engagement in partnership with sales, clinical, and operational teams.

  • Ability to analyze account activity, identify trends or service gaps, and recommend solutions that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and account performance.

  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with patients, surgeons, practice leaders, and internal stakeholders.

  • Exceptional listening, empathy, and objection-handling skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate the value of advanced healthcare technology without creating a transactional or high-pressure sales experience.

  • Proven ability to independently manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, and drive follow-through in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment.

  • Experience maintaining accurate client, patient, account, and workflow documentation in CRM or related systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
