What You Will Do

Drive Portfolio Expansion: Own the sales cycle for existing enterprise accounts, delivering predictable quarterly Net New ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) targets through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Build Executive Relationships: Navigate multi-layered client organizations to establish trusted-advisor relationships with decision-makers and C-suite executives.

  • Orchestrate Account Strategy: Develop long-term strategic account plans while aligning cross-functional teams—including Solution Engineers (SEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Channel Partner Managers (CPMs)—to maximize customer value.

  • Manage complex commercial agreements: Lead commercial discussions, legal reviews, and contract negotiations to close high-value multi-year expansions.

  • Champion Customer ROI: Connect monday.com’s platform capabilities directly to business outcomes, serving as an executive escalation point and internal advocate to influence platform strategy.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 10+ Years of Proven track record in Account Management or Account Executive roles managing complex B2B SaaS accounts in Mexico.

  • Demonstrated Expansion Growth: Consistent history of exceeding revenue targets through structured upsell and cross-sell execution within enterprise accounts.

  • Executive Gravitas: Exceptional capability to establish credibility and build multi-level relationships with C-level stakeholders.

  • Contract & Legal Negotiation: Direct experience navigating complex enterprise contracts, legal discussions, and procurement processes.

  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish for local and regional cross-functional engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Deal Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate extended deal teams (SEs, CSMs, Partners, RevOps) to execute account growth plans.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Industry background in enterprise work management, productivity, or SaaS platform ecosystems.

  • Proficiency in any other language it will be considered as a plus
