Job Description:
Candidate must provide sales leadership in a territory to continuously maximize growth, revenue and profit while making the most efficient use of resources. Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in field sales and global strategic account management in the semiconductor capital equipment industry required.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop & execute business growth plans for key strategic accounts for all Silicon Validation opportunities to consistently meet or exceed annual sales goals in the assigned region and/or accounts.
- Collaborate with product group to develop value proposition, lead qualification and go-to-market strategies for Advantest in the SV market segment.
- Able to build and maintain strategic relationships to executives, technical management, and key contributors to break into new customers and/or new groups of customers within an account.
- Evaluate commercial and engineering aspect of SV customer requirements and implement sales and marketing strategies to satisfy them.
- Monitor SV market trends, competitive updates, and industry developments.
- Demonstrate ability to sell software would be an added benefit.
- Effectively sell your strategy/vision internally in order to get management to support investments required for success.
- Ability to sell using a consultative approach by thoroughly understanding the customer's business, goals and organizational dynamics, then defining the most compelling solution based on Advantest's offerings.
- Accountable for the design, scoping, and technical validity of the solution to achieve the customer's business objectives.
- Has strong writing skills to document and communicate appropriately.
- Has strong problem-solving skills and ability to marshal resources to address customer issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated skills, track record and ability to diagnose and drive global customer teams by achieving sales targets, market share goals and high customer satisfaction.
