Job Description

Revalize is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to grow and retain our existing Configure One customer base. Configure One is a leading CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution trusted by manufacturers to streamline complex product configuration and quoting processes.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of current Configure One customers, owning renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize value from the platform while driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and Professional Services bookings.

Location
Remote in the United States (EST only)

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with an assigned book of current Configure One customers.
  • Drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities to consistently grow ARR.
  • Understand customer business goals and align Configure One capabilities to deliver measurable value.
  • Identify expansion use cases across licenses, modules, services, and add-ons.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and business value presentations via web and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact, coordinating with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
  • Manage forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene within your customer portfolio.
  • Proactively mitigate churn risk and address objections related to value, adoption, and ROI.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota for renewal and expansion bookings.
  • Use AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done — identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Industry knowledge in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or specialty vehicles preferred.
  • Experience in complex SaaS outside sales, especially CPQ or ERP-related solutions preferred.
  • Proven ability to sell to engineering, operations, and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Track record of closing deals with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Comfortable in a high-activity, KPI-driven sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline development.

Additional Information

Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a 30-minute online assessment as a part of your application. The official working time zones are EST for US employees and CET for EMEA employees.

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.
