Role summary
You will act as the primary customer advocate for healthcare clients, driving successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization of a supply chain expense management SaaS platform. This role combines relationship management, strategic consulting, and operational insight to help hospitals and health systems improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support patient care.
Responsibilities
Lead onboarding and deliver tailored training sessions for healthcare supply chain and accounts payable teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital and health system stakeholders.
Monitor account health, proactively identifying risks and driving retention and satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and align on supply chain optimization goals.
Partner with clients to develop strategies that improve efficiency and reduce supply chain costs.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product enhancements and internal priorities.
Advocate for client needs across product, engineering, and leadership teams.
Identify expansion opportunities, including upsells or additional modules, to support account growth.
Navigate healthcare-specific requirements, including regulatory considerations such as HIPAA compliance.
Support integrations and collaboration with enterprise systems within healthcare environments.
Requirements – Must-haves
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles within a SaaS or B2B software environment.
Proven experience managing customer relationships and driving product adoption and retention.
Strong understanding of SaaS success metrics (adoption, retention, ROI).
Experience working with healthcare, health systems, or regulated enterprise clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and executive-level discussions.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities.
Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and productivity suites (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
Nice-to-haves (optional)
Background in healthcare supply chain operations, procurement, or inventory management.
Experience working with hospitals, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), or healthcare consultants.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
