Hopper is looking for an Advertising Account Manager to serve as the quarterback for advertiser partnerships. This role is focused on campaign execution, performance optimization, upselling, and delivering compelling insights that drive long-term advertiser success.

Working closely with Advertising Account Executives, Product, and Analytics, you’ll ensure campaigns are launched flawlessly, perform strongly, and continuously evolve to meet advertiser goals. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys managing details, telling data-driven stories, and growing accounts through trust and results.

What would your day-to-day look like:
  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact and build strong, trusted relationships with advertisers

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including onboarding, setup, optimization, and reporting

  • Monitor performance and proactively recommend optimizations to improve outcomes

  • Deliver clear, compelling insights and post-campaign reporting tied to advertiser KPIs

  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities based on performance, seasonality, and advertiser goals

  • Partner with Account Executives to support renewals, expansions, and strategic planning

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and Ad Operations to ensure campaign success

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with advertisers

An ideal candidate has:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, client success, or media operations

  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and campaign optimization

  • Experience managing multiple advertiser accounts and priorities simultaneously

  • Comfortable working with data and turning insights into clear client recommendations

  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
