Job Summary
The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth through new business acquisition and strategic partnerships. This individual will focus on the positioning sale of our analytics and strategic exposure solutions to Building Product Manufacturers (BPMs), enabling them to harness professional, data-backed insights for smarter decision-making.
This role requires a dynamic professional who understands SaaS sales cycles, business intelligence, and the value of analytics in shaping go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with Building Product Manufacturers (BPMs) and other key stakeholders in the residential construction industry.
  • Drive sales of our SaaS-based construction analytics platform and data solutions, aligning client needs with our product capabilities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that communicate the value of data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions and deliver customized proposals.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and ROI analyses to support customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close, using CRM tools to track performance and report progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the residential construction analytics and SaaS space.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience selling business intelligence or analytics solutions within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in B2B business development or enterprise sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the residential construction market and the decision drivers for Building Product Manufacturers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
