About the Role
With proven product-market fit and rapid success across our sales organization, we are growing our sales team. It’s an amazing opportunity to get in early at a high-growth, high-performance sales organization that is reshaping the way patients pay for their care.
We are looking for an Account Executive I to help us acquire and onboard as many small business medical aesthetics practices in the US as possible. This is a fully remote closing role with an attractive incentive compensation plan.
Responsibilities
Prospect for new customer leads, navigate past gatekeepers, and find the decision-makers by leveraging phone and technology tools
Create opportunities and book demos with new and existing customer leads
Lead product demos that are engaging, insightful, and challenging with the goal of registering small and medium-sized medical practices and getting them excited to use Cherry
Engage medical practices that you register through timely outreach by leveraging your sales tech stack to help them experience success with Cherry right away
Keep your data clean and up-to-date by logging all interactions, notes, demo dispositions, and forecasts in Salesforce
Take the initiative to continuously improve your sales approach from prospecting to closing by seeking feedback, learning new sales methods, and experimenting with new ideas
Be a team player — give and accept feedback, collaborate with your colleagues, lead a team project, and seek to lift every member of your team to greatness
Travel and attend industry events and trade shows as needed
Take ownership and accountability of your own success
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in an outbound sales role (ex: Sales Development Representative, outbound Account Executive) selling a technology or financial product
Top 10% performer in existing sales role with proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Independent worker, self-starter, and proven ability to exceed expectations in a remote work environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others
Experience in Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce preferred)
Experience using cloud-based communication tools (such as Slack, Salesloft, Dialpad, etc.)
Willingness to work at a dynamic, ever-changing environment filled with friendly competition where high performance is directly rewarded
Compensation Package
$75k base pay
$65k on-target commission
