We automate the contracting process for legal, finance, and HR teams, helping them save time, cut costs, and improve business outcomes. For more information, visit linksquares.com.

About the team:

You’ll join a high-energy Marketing organization that operates at the heart of the business; a group of growth-oriented marketers who thrive on experimentation and transparency. We view marketing as a team sport; you’ll work side-by-side with Brand, Sales, and SDR teams to ensure our messaging is consistent and our lead follow-up is seamless. We value curiosity, a "test-and-learn" mindset, and a culture where every team member is empowered to bring new ideas to the table to help us scale.

About the role:

The Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager will be the strategic architect behind the campaigns that introduce LinkSquares to the world. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, you’ll design and execute integrated programs that drive meaningful engagement and build a robust sales pipeline. This is a high-impact role where you will blend creativity with data-driven strategy to reach executive decision-makers across the legal and finance landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, managing everything from initial briefs and content requirements to final promotional tactics.
  • Full-Funnel Nurturing: Design and manage automated lead-nurturing workflows that guide prospects through the buyer’s journey and improve conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the SDR and Sales teams to provide the documentation, training, and tools they need to successfully follow up on campaign leads.
  • Digital Execution: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and email sequences that resonate with our target audience.
  • Data & Optimization: Monitor campaign health and KPIs (pipeline contribution, ROI, and lead quality). You’ll use these insights to continuously refine our tactics and digital channels.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain the global marketing calendar and collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure our database segmentation is precise and effective.

Requirements:

  • Experience building integrated marketing programs at a B2B company, specifically targeting Director, VP, and C-level executives.
  • A strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the ability to prioritize projects based on their potential impact on revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar automation tools). Experience with Contentful CMS or using AI tools to streamline marketing workflows is a significant plus.
  • An approach to demand generation that relies on testing variables, identifying winning tactics, and scaling what works.
  • The ability to translate complex campaign strategies into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders across the organization.
