Summary:As an Account Executive at Hedra, you'll drive growth by building relationships with enterprise customers and marketing teams who are transforming their content creation through our breakthrough platform. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This role requires a consultative approach to understand diverse use cases across advertising, entertainment, and digital marketing, while collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams to shape the future of AI-powered video generation for enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:Drive full cycle enterprise sales cycle for both inbound and outbound opportunities.
Develop strategies and identify high value use cases to grow beyond initial deployment.
Track and measure key metrics to maximize engagement and value creation.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive new business and uncover unmet needs for existing and new customers.
Minimum of 5 years securing new business in AI or relevant technology field.
Proven experience in hitting sales goals and closing complex deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Prior experience in startup environments spanning all aspects of the sales cycle.
Demonstrated curiosity about the genAI video solutions and emerging technologies.
BS or BA in business administration, marketing, management, or related tech field.
Self-motivated and independent — able to set accurate timelines for development and deliver on them. Have an opinion and the experience to backup that opinion.
Low ego, high patience, strong communication skills.
Understand operational costs and overhead short and long term.

About the Founders:Michael Lingelbach (CEO) - Before taking a leave of absence to start Hedra, Michael was a PhD student at Stanford jointly advised by Jiajun Wu and Fei-Fei Li. Michael has published in top computer science conferences such as ICRA and CoRL, with a focus on building large-scale simulation platforms for computer vision and robotics. He has also made notable contributions to several open source projects (iGibson, OmniGibson). He’s a passionate cinephile, former thespian, and huge fan of Denis Villeneuve.
