ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly motivated, coachable Account Executive to help us accelerate new business within the SMB to mid-market segments. You’ll manage full-cycle sales—from discovery to close—on deals up to $15K ACV. This is a rare opportunity to join a seasoned sales org where you'll grow quickly through hands-on coaching, proven sales frameworks, and a team-first culture.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Run full-cycle sales motions: discovery, demo, quote, close
  • Manage pipeline and follow-ups using our CRM
  • Handle common objections (pricing, timing, competition) with confidence
  • Learn and execute Sortly’s consultative, outcome-driven sales process
  • Partner with sales leadership for 1:1 coaching, role plays, and pipeline reviews
  • Hit progressive quota milestones during your 90-day onboarding plan

Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Motivated by hitting goals and growing your sales career
  • Comfortable managing deals $5K to $15K ACV
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
  • Strong communicator who listens well and asks great questions
  • Organized and consistent in managing your CRM and pipeline

Base Salary: $55,000 -$65,000

OTE potential: up to $30,000 annually
