The role
As an Account Executive at INFINIT, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth—driving revenue, forging strong client relationships, and closing strategic deals. We’re looking for a driven, goal-oriented sales professional with a hunter’s mindset and a passion for building lasting partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and post-sale account management.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions from our product suite to deliver maximum value.
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns using a multi-channel approach: cold calling, email, video messaging, social selling, and event outreach.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and help shape innovative strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Experience: 2–3 years in B2B sales, ideally in a high-growth or SaaS/startup environment.
- Sales Skills: Strong communicator and presenter with the ability to run engaging demos and confidently handle negotiations.
- Proactivity: You take initiative, follow through, and consistently push deals forward.
- Startup Mentality: Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to change, and energized by new challenges.
- Detail-Oriented & Analytical: You back decisions with data and never miss the small stuff.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with modern sales tools—CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, and other prospecting platforms.
