OUR WORK MODEL

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Boston HQ a minimum of three days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. The successful candidate must be willing to work East Coast hours.

YOUR ROLE

Our team of Account Executives are accomplished professionals with high standards of performance, a strong drive to win, and a commitment to being part of a winning team.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the US, engaging with business decision-makers across multiple verticals, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a highly coachable, professional, and proactive individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES
  • Engage in product demonstrations with Mid-Market business decision-makers across various verticals and locations.
  • Manage all aspects of the new business sales process while ensuring success metrics are mutually agreed upon for all evaluations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization (on a global scale) to drive cohesive success.
  • Proactively engage in continuous learning by listening to fellow AE demonstrations, seeking guidance when needed, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and relay updates to the Manager of US Sales, ensuring quarterly quotas are met.
  • Contribute to the development of Cognism’s go-to-market strategy in the US, refining our value proposition and pitch.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
  • Experience: Previous experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive in a SaaS organization, with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to Sales & Marketing professionals is preferred.
  • Adaptability: A can-do and agile attitude, essential for thriving in a scale-up environment.
  • Consultative Selling: Strong active listening skills with the ability to adapt tonality and approach to prospects.
  • Presentation & Gravitas: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Work Schedule: Must be willing to work East Coast hours and be in-office at our Boston HQ at least three days per week.
US Salary Range
$80,000$85,000 USD
