The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full sales cycle for a technology offering, from first conversations with prospects through signed deals. Work alongside lead generation, marketing and customer success colleagues, and keep growing relationships with accounts after the initial sale.
What you'll do
- Run an active book of opportunities, moving each one from early qualification to a signed agreement.
- Present product walkthroughs and tailored proposals to buying teams, and keep conversations moving afterward.
- Collaborate with lead generation and marketing colleagues to turn interest into real opportunities.
- Take an advisory approach: learn what each client struggles with and connect it to a fitting solution.
- Expand existing accounts by spotting additional and related purchase opportunities.
- Keep CRM records and sales forecasts accurate and current.
- Work with customer success to support client satisfaction and renewals.
- Represent the company at regional industry events and trade shows.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Background in B2B sales, ideally with industrial sectors such as construction or manufacturing.
- Comfort with proactive prospecting and with deals that close within a short span of weeks.
- Track record of selling technology products to mid-sized businesses.
- History of meeting a substantial annual sales target.
- Experience selling to large data infrastructure operators or property developers.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

- Base salary: USD 150,000 to 250,000 per year
