Account Executive – Job Description
PTP is a fast-growing system integrator that offers strategic Customer Experience (CX) solutions to our clients. We are looking for an Account Executive (AE) to prospect and land new accounts. The AE would operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Drive revenue by landing new accounts
- Develop and maintain trusted client relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Orchestrate the proposal development process
- Develop new business to meet sales quotas
- Provide CX thought leadership around improved business and technical solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years selling CX solutions.
- Proven work experience as an AE
- Proven experience at working with technology partners in a joint selling capacity
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience with large contact center implementations
- Experience with large IVR self-service implementations
- Experience selling professional services
- Willing to travel in the US
