THE ROLE 📝 

As an Account Executive at Form3, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities across our growing portfolio of Americas-based clients in the Banking, FInTech and Financial Services industries. You'll work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product and the wider Commercial team to deliver consultative sales cycles and drive long-term value for customers. 

  • Leading complex, high-value sales cycles from prospecting through to close 
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities 
  • Engaging C-level stakeholders across banking and fintech organisations 
  • Collaborating with Pre-Sales and Product to shape compelling solutions 
  • Contributing to go-to-market strategy and feedback loops for the Sales team 

 

WE’RE LOOKING FOR  🔍 

Essential 

  • Extensive years experience selling B2B, enterprise-level SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling complex solutions to C-level decision-makers 
  • A structured and repeatable approach to best-in-class sales practices
  • Solid understanding of US banking and/or Financial Services ecosystem(s)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills 
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent) 
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality 

Desirable 

  • Familiarity with real-time payment schemes (e.g. FedNow, RTP, SEPA, FPS) 
  • Background in banking or experience working for regulated financial institutions

Working closely with our Global Account Directors and a small team of Business Development Managers and Account Executives, you’ll be laying the foundations of our future successes in the US market. We're a collaborative, high-performing group passionate about solving customer challenges and scaling with impact. 

 

INTERVIEW PROCESS ✍️ 

Stage 1: Screening Call with Talent Team 

Stage 2: Interview with Sales Leader

Stage 3: Presentation Panel Interview with US Product Team 

Stage 4 (if required): Interview with CRO

We always aim to stick to the above process, however there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is needed for us to be sure we’re hiring the right person!
