Are you a results driven sales professional ready to make an impact in the fast evolving world of payment technology? We're looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to join our team and  thrive through innovative technology solutions. If you have experience in sales, POS selling experience, or a related field—and love working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment—this is the role for you.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels

  • Consistently achieve-and exceed- monthly and annual sales revenue targets through strategic selling and relentless drive. 

  • Deliver compelling, solution-focused demonstrations of Genius’s point-of-sale platform that captivate and engage prospective merchants  

  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals

  • Accelerate growth within existing accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Efficiently guide leads through the sales cycle by qualifying prospects, identifying needs, delivering tailored solutions, and closing deals with speed and precision

  • 1-2 year of B2B sales experience.

  • 1+ year of managing sales pipelines.

  • 1+ year negotiating pricing and contracts. 

Compensation

Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+

  • Base Salary: $40,000+
  • Residual Income: Keep earning from your hard work
  • Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses: Extra financial incentives for exceeding quota and achieving sales goals.
