Job Title: Account Executive – UGG Sporting Goods Channel
Reports to: Sr Sales Manager – Sporting Goods & Footwear Specialty
Location: Remote – US

The Role
As an UGG Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales into, and managing accounts within a defined territory for the UGG Brand – Sporting Goods Channel. You will be the key player in the long-term development of all accounts, ensuring profitable growth for the brand and building strong relationships with all key stakeholders. This role will deliver all agreed-upon targets by maximizing productivity of existing accounts and pursuing new distribution consistent with the UGG strategic plan and objectives. Extensive travel and occasional overnight stays are expected throughout and across the regional territory.
Your Impact
- Build strong relationships with all business partners across buying, sales, merchandising, logistics, and marketing of multiple door accounts to successfully manage designated account partners.
- Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets for all accounts.
- Maximize, maintain, and defend the profitability targets of the brand across all accounts.
- Plan and facilitate new season range sell-in to existing and potential business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within all cross-functional departments within UGG.
- Attend regular sales meetings, prepare sales reports, sell-through information, and other necessary information on the accounts.
- Visit and build relationships with buying teams and store staff in account doors.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience.
- Previous wholesale experience within a regionally based role.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications with the ability to budget and forecast using Excel.
- Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to use independent judgment in performing all duties of the position.
- Previous experience with multi-functional organizations.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

$80,000-$85,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
