The RoleWe are looking for a Account Executive, SMB who wants to build and ship meaningful work. This role will help expand VideaHealth’s footprint among independent dental practices and small group practices. This role is ideal for a high-energy seller who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys owning the full sales cycle—from first touch to close.
You’ll play a critical role in driving new logo acquisition, helping small dental practices adopt AI technology that meaningfully improves patient care and practice performance.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a builder role. You will work alongside engineers, clinicians, operators, and AI scientists to solve practical problems for dental teams on the ground. You will help create the platform that replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full SMB sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up through closing, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
Hunt and close new logos within the SMB segment, maintaining a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting activity.
Engage with practice owners, office managers, and clinical leaders to understand their workflows, challenges, and business goals.
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly articulate the value of VideaHealth’s AI in improving diagnostics, patient trust, and practice efficiency.Accurately forecast pipeline and closed-won revenue, maintaining clean CRM hygiene and dependable projections
Partner closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience from sale through onboarding.
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market feedback to help inform product, messaging, and go-to-market improvements.
Stay informed on dental industry trends and competitive landscape to position VideaHealth as a trusted advisor to SMB dental practices.
Your work will not sit in a slide deck. It will show up chairside.
2–4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to SMB customers.
Proven ability to hunt, manage high deal volume, and close new logosExperience selling to owner-operators or small business decision-makers.
Strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills with the ability to simplify complex technology.
Highly organized with excellent time management and pipeline discipline.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
Enthusiasm for AI technology and interest in transforming healthcare through innovation.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, team events, or conferences.
