About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive, Services Sales to take the Docebo buying experience to the next level! The Account Executive, Services Sales is a quota carrying role that will work collaboratively with our Global Account Directors, Account Executives and Account Managers to package a complete services solution for our valued prospects and customers. Our ideal candidate is passionate about services sales, has a deep understanding of our services offerings, and loves finding and presenting solutions for prospects and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Use your discovery skills to explore your buyer’s current state and understand the true nature of their pain and how it impacts their business.
- Work closely with pre-sales, sales, and professional services to qualify, effectively present and successfully sell Docebo professional services to both new logos and existing customers in this quota carrying role.
- Inspire and educate net new prospects and customers on the value of our growing suite of professional service offerings and creatively position how together with our LMS solution they are redefining the learning & development landscape.
- Build credibility through relatable storytelling with the ability to translate the value into terms your customers easily understand.
- Assist in writing, delivering, negotiating professional services Statements of Work, while simplifying the buying experience for the customers, and accelerating deal velocity in partnership with the Global Account Directors, Account Executives and Account Managers.
- Forecast with accuracy to help our business strategically plan our revenue growth and drive decision making.
- Deep collaboration and constant alignment between sales offering and professional services capability of delivery, as well as throughput.
- Contribute with input from the field to the creation of new revenue streams by proposing new services offering that meet the needs of our customer base and complement the Docebo product offerings.
- Provide input to processes and productivity in order to optimize workflows that would result in better execution and customer experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Sales, Account Management, Professional Services or related experience.
- 2+ years of SaaS B2B sales experience, preferably in the Learning or HCM space.
- A passion for selling complete solutions to overcome business challenges that help to augment customer usage and retention.
- Ability to tackle objections with ease and win business.
- A clear track record of exceeding expectations and targets.
- An understanding of the importance of maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- A strong empathy for customers and a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaboration, persuasion, and negotiation skills beyond measure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and pinpoint opportunities while clearly articulating the value of our services, vision, objectives, and offerings both internally and externally.
