About This Role

We're looking for a consultative, quota-driven Account Executive to own complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise organizations. You'll partner with marketing and growth leaders to solve strategic visibility challenges, navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes and building business cases that drive executive buy-in.

You'll manage a blend of inbound pipeline and strategic outbound prospecting, delivering tailored presentations and working alongside the Head of Sales to refine our enterprise go-to-market motion

What You’ll Be Doing
    • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
    • Sell to VP and C-level marketing, growth, and digital leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies
    • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving procurement, legal, and security reviews
    • Build and execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting high-value accounts
    • Deliver compelling executive presentations and business case proposals
    • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal hygiene in HubSpot/Salesforce
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success
    • Contribute market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product strategy

RequirementsYou’d Be a Great Fit If You
    • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts
    • Experience selling to marketing, growth, or digital personas (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth, SEO Directors)
    • Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and longer timelines
    • Consistent quota attainment history (President's Club, top performer recognition preferred)
    • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the VP and C-suite level
    • Experience with enterprise procurement processes, including security questionnaires and legal reviews
    • Structured, metrics-driven approach with strong forecasting discipline

    • Background selling MarTech, SEO, or content marketing solutions (e.g., Semrush, HubSpot, Conductor, Clearscope, Jasper)
    • Experience selling AI-powered or data analytics products
    • Proficiency with Gong, Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
    • Fluency in an additional European language (German, French, Spanish)
    • Familiarity with product-led growth motions or land-and-expand strategies
