Role Overview:

As an Account Executive (internally termed an Enrollment Specialist) you are motivated and driven, with a self-starting attitude. You identify the challenges and pain points customers face in their businesses and demonstrate how our company can alleviate those issues. You support our service professionals (our Pros) to foster business growth.  You communicate effectively and support our service professionals (our Pros)  by demonstrating product demos and providing knowledge on how to best use the product.

What you do each day:  

  • Thrive on collaboration, enjoying interactions with both Pros and team members alike
  • Demonstrate a strong drive to contribute genuine value for our Pros and the company through consultative selling, asking questions to understand the Pro’s unique pain points, and advising the Pro with both Housecall Pro and Business Coaching solutions
  • Exhibit curiosity, adaptability, and a fun spirit within a results-oriented environment that values independence, teamwork, and healthy competition
  • Embrace a love for learning, taking initiative, and welcoming change as catalysts for continuous improvement and growth
  • Deliver robust customer service, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Overcome objections as they are presented
  • Use various methods to contact prospective customers

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years working in inside sales, and at least 1 year as an AE or equivalent role required (software a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Interest in development personally and professionally

Compensation:

$85,000 / year ($42,500 base) + uncapped earning potential

Location Dependent Information 

This role is open to candidates with an expected base hourly rate of $18.38-20.43 and annual on-target earnings of $85,000. The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.  This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits. Housecall Pro is growing fast and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
